BazaarEdge is a trading education business. We provide training on trading frameworks, price-action concepts, stock selection processes, trade planning and position-sizing concepts through live one-to-one sessions.

All content, sessions, examples and materials are provided for educational purposes only. BazaarEdge provides educational content and training intended to help participants understand trading frameworks and develop their own decision-making process.

Participation in the program does not constitute personalised investment advice, portfolio management, trade execution or a recommendation to buy or sell any specific security.

We do not provide trading signals, buy/sell calls, tips or recommendations of any kind, during or after a program.

Trading and investing in financial markets involve substantial risk of loss. Crypto markets may involve additional market, liquidity and regulatory risks.

No outcome, profit, return or level of trading success is promised or implied. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Participants remain solely responsible for their own trading and investment decisions, including risk management, capital allocation and compliance with the rules of their broker and applicable law.

Consultations are held to help you understand the program and ask questions. Enrollment is subject to program suitability, at our discretion.

Enrollment is confirmed only after the program has been agreed and the applicable fee has been received. Access to training is arranged directly with you and is not granted automatically.

Program fees are shown on the relevant program pages. Applicable taxes and payment-processing terms may apply.

Refund and cancellation policy: All enrolments are final. Once a participant has enrolled in a BazaarEdge educational program, fees are non-refundable and cancellations are not permitted. By enrolling, the participant acknowledges and accepts this policy. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

All course material, frameworks, documents, recordings and website content are owned by BazaarEdge and provided for your personal educational use only. They may not be copied, resold, shared, published or redistributed without written permission.

You agree to use this website lawfully, not to interfere with its operation or security, and to provide accurate information when booking a consultation.

The booking process uses third-party services such as Google Calendar, Google Meet, email providers and hosting infrastructure. Their availability and terms are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BazaarEdge is not liable for any trading losses, financial losses, or indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, the educational content or any decision taken by a participant.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
